A pressed-stone plant in Yunfu, selling direct.
OPALY is the brand of a Guangdong group that manufactures engineered quartz and solid surface in Yunfu, and sells it through its own export company in Guangzhou. We press, polish and pack in our own buildings and quote from the plant, with no trading layer in between.
The plant
46,000 m² of site, 60,000 m² under roof.
Quartz lines and solid surface casting sit in the same compound at Dawan Industrial Park, which is why a mixed order — slabs for the worktops, a cast sink for the same kitchen — ships on one set of documents.
The plant is a National High-Tech Enterprise and runs a provincial R&D centre for functional solid surface, set up with the chemistry school at Sun Yat-sen University. New colours are developed in that lab before they reach the press.

How we sell
Direct from the plant, in containers.
Who we ship to
Importers, distributors, fabricators and project contractors. Not end users, and not one-off retail orders — the minimum is a hundred square metres per colour because that is what a pallet run costs to set up.
What we do not do
We do not cut to size, template or install. That work is done by a fabricator in your own market, which keeps freight down and puts the measuring where the site is. We supply slabs, sinks and baths, and the documents that move them.
How a first order runs
Send the colour codes, the quantity and the destination port. You get a price, a packing plan and a lead time. Samples go out before the order if you want them. Production starts on the deposit and the confirmed colour.
Who you deal with
One name, from the first e-mail to the loaded container.
Gao Yuan is our Export Manager and answers every enquiry personally — quoting it, sending the sample, chasing the shade against your approved board and checking the documents before the container leaves the yard.
No call centre and no forwarding agent in between: one desk in the sales office in Guangzhou, with the plant an hour and a half up the road — and the person behind it will tell you a colour is not available rather than let you find out at the port.

Group structure
The plant makes it. The export company papers it.
OPALY is a group, not a single office. The factory sits in Yunfu; the company that quotes you, invoices you and signs the shipping documents is the group's export subsidiary in Guangzhou, set up by the international trade department for exactly that job.

- OPALY Building Materials (GZ) Co., Ltd. — the subsidiary set up by our international trade department. Quotes, invoices, and issues the packing list, bill of lading and certificate of origin. It is also the entity that holds our cUPC listing.
Why say this at all? Because on a container of stone the invoice, the packing list, the bill of lading and the certificate of origin have to name the same company, and that company is not always the one whose address is on the factory gate. Tell us which entity you need on the invoice before the order is confirmed and we will match the export documents to it. Each certificate we publish names its own holder on the first page — that is the authoritative answer, not our summary of it.
